2. Personal data collected

  • Contact data: name, email address, telephone number and message content, provided voluntarily through the contact form.
  • Browsing data: technical data collected automatically by the systems (IP address, server logs, browser type), necessary for the operation and security of the website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to requests sent through the contact form. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in responding to requests (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Security and proper functioning of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Displaying the website's typefaces through Adobe Fonts. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in a consistent and legible presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Methods of processing

Data are processed using electronic tools and appropriate security measures (Art. 32 GDPR) to prevent their loss, unlawful or unauthorised use and unauthorised access. Processing is carried out by the controller and by authorised persons; there is no automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Recipients and data processors

Data may be processed, on behalf of the controller, by service providers appointed as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR):

  • Hosting provider (servers in the European Union) for delivering the website.
  • Database and email provider for storing contacts and sending notifications.

The website's typefaces are provided by Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited and its parent company Adobe Inc.). To display them, your browser connects to Adobe's servers, which receive your IP address and some technical data about the request, such as the browser type and the referring page. Data are not disclosed to the public or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Hosting, database and email are provided by suppliers with servers located in the European Union.

For the typefaces, Adobe Fonts may involve the transfer of your IP address and of technical data about the request to Adobe Inc., based in the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided for by Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Retention period

  • Contact form data: for the time necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, for a maximum of 24 months.
  • Browsing data: for the time strictly necessary for security purposes, according to the system logs.

8. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 to 22 GDPR at any time:

  • access to your data and to information about the processing;
  • rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
  • erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restriction of processing and objection;
  • data portability;
  • withdrawal of consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

9. Complaint to the supervisory authority

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (garanteprivacy.it) if they consider that the processing infringes the applicable legislation.
